Prior to attending we must have proof of all necessary documents.
All Artists please fill out form to the left when registering for booth.  Towards the end of October, we will be posting the participating artists on our site with social media links and examples of work.
Out of State Tattoo Artists + Piercers: you MUST contact the State of Iowa to submit your license info or for any licensing questions. The AA Tattoo Expo does NOT offer support for tattoo licensing. Email info@AmericanAdrenalinetattooexpo.com.

Temporary License portal Iowa Regulatory Licensing (DIAL & HHS Public Health)

Must have high school diploma/GED, as well as certification in blood borne pathogens and standard first aid.  Welcome | Department of Inspections, Appeals, & Licensing.

Submission of payment and registration is a binding contract. There are no refunds on booth payments.

Payments will be held if purchaser fails to show up for the event.​
